The kitchen here executes them flawlessly—they were satisfyingly crispy on the outside, acting as the ultimate edible vessel for the toppings. Piled high on top was the pork, which was undeniably savory, tender, and seasoned to perfection. To cut through the richness of the meat, the dish was crowned with bright, refreshing pickled onions and a heaping amount of guacamole. It was filling, delicious, and an incredible start to the meal.

Next up was the main course. I opted for the crispy chicken because I love dark meat. It’s served with rice, beans, fresh avocado and fried sweet plantains. We eat with our eyes first, and the presentation of this dish was simply lovely.
