 There is no additional fee. All the activities are included in your stay. 

Each secret box is an intimate exploration for both of you.  We suggest you start with our mild box and gradually move up to medium and spicy. Our cabins / cottage are configured differently for each level. No two are the same.

You have access to all of the boxes. Do one or do all of them – it’s up to you. 

We use commercial brand sanitizing products and employ a 3 point process to ensure your environment is clean which also includes a UV light inspection. Not exclusive to just our secret chests and rooms; the entire home is sanitized at every clean. Your satisfaction is our reward and we take great care to provide you with a clean and enjoyable stay. We do not have nor do we provide personal reusable items.

Uncovering the Secrets Boxes of course!  Seriously though, the North Georgia mountains are filled with so many activities that most of our guests rarely get to do everything on their wish list. We’re surrounded by many national parks, hiking, wineries and fine dining.  Visit our local guidebooks under each cabin page for suggestions on restaurants, sightseeing and shopping.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.  Due to a full schedule, we don’t currently offer early or late departures unless expressly communicated by the hosts.

All of our properties feature a seamless, remote check-in process, allowing you to arrive at your convenience anytime after 4:00 PM on the day of your stay.

To ensure you have everything you need for a perfect arrival, you will receive an email and text message 48 hours prior to your scheduled stay. This will include:

• Your personalized, secure entry code for the property.

• A link to your digital guidebook, featuring turn-by-turn driving directions and a complete property guide.

We passionately believe that the most meaningful, long-lasting relationships thrive when a couple can truly shut out the rest of the world. Because of this philosophy, our spaces are strictly curated to honor one couple at a time—giving you the absolute privacy, zero distractions, and dedicated space needed to focus entirely on each other.

We know that plans can change, and we always aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our hidden sanctuaries remain ready for exclusive escapes.

• Full Refund Window: You will receive a full refund (minus a 4% credit card transaction fee) if you cancel your reservation, provided your cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

• Within 30 Days: Because we hold these dates exclusively for you, all payments become non-refundable within 30 days of your scheduled arrival.

💡 Our Peace-of-Mind Commitment: If something unexpected comes up and you do need to cancel within the 30-day window, please let us know right away. We will make every effort to re-book your dates on our calendar. If we successfully secure a new guest for those exact dates, we will happily refund your payments, minus a 25% fee.

Rescheduling & Trip Protection:

• If you need to change your reservation prior to the 30-day window, simply contact us and we will gladly help you reschedule.

• We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for your ultimate peace of mind and protection.

• Please note that changing your reservation after your 30-day arrival window is subject to circumstance and our approval.

A standard sedan or compact car will easily get you to all of our properties under normal conditions. However, we 100% recommend an SUV during inclement weather, such as snow.

Here is what you can expect based on your chosen hidden sanctuary:

• The Secret Chamber: You do not need an SUV to access this property. The access road is completely paved with asphalt and concrete. (An SUV is still recommended during snowy weather).

• The Secret Room & The Secret Playhouse: If you are staying at either of these cabins and are unfamiliar or uncomfortable driving on mountain terrain, we highly recommend an SUV. While both properties are located just a few minutes from downtown, you will encounter gravel mountain roads as you near the cabins.

No. To maintain the pristine condition of our spaces and ensure a flawless experience for every couple, we have a strict no-pet policy. Our hidden sanctuaries are designed exclusively as intimate, allergen-free escapes for two humans at a time.

The closest major airports for both our Blue Ridge and Clayton cabins are Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA). Driving time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from either airport, depending on your specific cabin location.

Here is what you need to know about navigating your way to us:

• For Clayton Guests: The Georgia Shuttle offers service that picks up from the Atlanta airport. However, we still highly recommend renting a car. The shuttle will not drop you off directly at the cabin, and you will absolutely want a vehicle to explore town, dine out, and shop for groceries.

• For Blue Ridge Guests: There is no public transportation or shuttle service available to this area. A rental car is required to reach the cabin and navigate the town comfortably.
