Which cabin has the spicy room?
Is there a fee to participate in the Secret Box Experience?
There is no additional fee. All the activities are included in your stay.
Do I have to choose a box?
You have access to all of the boxes. Do one or do all of them – it’s up to you.
What's inside of those boxes?
Intimate games for two. Anything else and it wouldn’t be a secret!
How spicy is the Spicy box?
We think it’s hot…and so do all of our guests.
What is there to do?
Uncovering the Secrets Boxes of course! Seriously though, the North Georgia mountains are filled with so many activities that most of our guests rarely get to do everything on their wish list. We’re surrounded by many national parks, hiking, wineries and fine dining. Visit our local guidebooks under each cabin page for suggestions on restaurants, sightseeing and shopping.
When is check-in & check-out times?
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Due to a full schedule, we don’t currently offer early or late departures unless expressly communicated by the hosts.
How do I check in?
All of our properties have remote check-in, which means you can arrive anytime on the day of your stay at 4pm.
24 hours prior to your arrival, you will receive your code to enter the property, a digital guidebook with turn-by-turn directions, property guide and instructions for the couples’ experience.
Do you accept more than 2 guests?
The maximum number of guests is 2.
What's the nightly minimum?
Our nightly minimum stay is 2 nights.
What is the minimum booking age?
Guests must be 21 years and older to book.
What's your cancellation policy?
We have a strict cancellation policy at Secret Box Cabin. Guests will only receive a full refund minus a 4% transaction fee if their reservation is canceled in writing within 48 hrs of booking and at least 30 days prior to their reservation. If a reservation is not canceled in writing, within 48 hours of booking, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. After that, guests can cancel up to 30 days before their reservation and will not be responsible for their remaining 50% balance. Within 30 days of their reservation, all payments become non-refundable. For guests who need to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book their dates. If their dates are rebooked successfully, we will issue a refund of payments made, minus a 25% cancellation fee.
Will I need an SUV?
Are pets allowed?
No. Due to the nature of our set up for couples, pets are not allowed.
What's the nearest airport and is there public transportation?
The closest airports for both Blue Ridge and Clayton cabin’s are Atlanta International Airport and Chattanooga, TN Airport. It is 1.5 – 2 hours either way.
Clayton has the Georgia Shuttle that picks up from ATL airport, however we highly recommend you rent a car as the service will not take you directly to the cabin and you will want to navigate with a vehicle to grocery shop / dine in town etc.
Blue Ridge does not have type of public transport. We recommend you rent a car.
