We use commercial brand sanitizing products and employ a 3 point inspection to ensure your environment is clean, this includes the overall cabin and all items in our chests/room. Your satisfaction is our reward and we take great care to provide you with a clean and enjoyable stay. We do not have nor do we provide personal reusable items.

Uncovering the Secrets Boxes of course!  Seriously though, the North Georgia mountains are filled with so many activities that most of our guests rarely get to do everything on their wish list. We’re surrounded by many national parks, hiking, wineries and fine dining.  Visit our local guidebooks under each cabin page for suggestions on restaurants, sightseeing and shopping.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.  Due to a full schedule, we don’t currently offer early or late departures unless expressly communicated by the hosts.

All of our properties have remote check-in, which means you can arrive anytime on the day of your stay at 4pm.

24 hours prior to your arrival, you will receive your code to enter the property, a digital guidebook with turn-by-turn directions, property guide and instructions for the couples’ experience. Book today!

Our nightly minimum stay is 2 nights. On occasion, and where possible, we consider a 1-night stay on a case-by-case basis. Reach out directly with a request.

We have a strict cancellation policy at Secret Box Cabin. Guests will only receive a full refund minus a 4% transaction fee if their reservation is canceled in writing within 48 hrs of booking and at least 30 days before their reservation. If a reservation is not canceled in writing, within 48 hours of booking, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

After that, guests can cancel up to 30 days before their reservation and will not be responsible for their remaining 50% balance. Within 30 days of their reservation, all payments become non-refundable. For guests who need to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book their dates. If their dates are rebooked successfully, we will issue a refund of payments made, minus a 25% cancellation fee.

A small vehicle will get you to our cabins. SUVs are 100% recommended during inclement weather such as snow. While our current properties are located a few minutes to downtown, you will encounter gravel roads as you get within minutes of the properties. 

No. Due to the nature of our set up for couples, pets are not allowed.  

The closest airports for both Blue Ridge and Clayton cabins are Atlanta International Airport and Chattanooga, TN Airport.  It is 1.5 – 2 hours either way.

Clayton has the Georgia Shuttle that picks you up from ATL airport, however, we highly recommend you rent a car as the service will not take you directly to the cabin and you will want to navigate with a vehicle to grocery shop / dine in town, etc.

Blue Ridge does not have the type of public transport. We recommend you rent a car.
