Payment & Deposit
- 50% due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due 45 days before arrival. - A pre-authorization of $500 is held 3 days before arrival and voided 2 days after departure.
Reservations & Payments
All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 45 days will require full payment at the time of booking.
Fees
Our nightly rates vary depending upon seasonal demand and availability. In addition to our nightly rates, there is a cleaning fee, booking fee and local taxes. We collect a $500 security deposit for rare accidental damage from guests 3 days before arrival and voided 5 days after departure.
Cancelation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy at Secret Box Cabin. Guests will only receive a full refund minus a 4% transaction fee if their reservation is canceled in writing within 48 hrs of booking and at least 30 days prior to their reservation. If a reservation is not canceled in writing, within 48 hours of booking, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. After that, guests can cancel up to 30 days before their reservation and will not be responsible for their remaining 50% balance. Within 30 days of their reservation, all payments become non-refundable. For guests who need to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book their dates. If their dates are rebooked successfully, we will issue a refund of payments made, minus a 25% cancellation fee.

We spent time not only in this amazing cabin but also on some hiking trails as well in the town of Blue Ridge. Amazing lunch at the fightingtown tavern, fudge from 3 sisters, and smokey bear cigars and cafe were all amazing!
We took a small flight out to Atlanta and drove to Blue Ridge Mountains and stayed at the cabin!
Shirley made every moment perfect and amazing, from a song being played when we entered to beautiful decor to make this a romantic getaway!
Everything is done to perfection with how to videos, labeled and was completely spotless!
The secret chests made it fun to do together to solve, to the deck over looking the mountains as your sitting in the hot tub!
